Attention craft beer enthusiasts! Grains&Grapes has specially invited six emerging breweries from British Columbia (BC) to Hong Kong, bringing over 15 rare craft beers and whiskies. From refreshing fruity aromas to complex barrel aging, this tasting event will take you on a journey to explore the most avant-garde brewing art in British Columbia.
BACKCOUNTRY
Award winning brewers focus on using new varieties of hops, fruity sour beers, and dark beers to brew hop beer, constantly experimenting with innovative ingredients and techniques. The brewery is located in Squamish BC and features a 100 seat tasting room and kitchen.
CONTAINER
Container Brewing is a craft brewery located in East Vancouver, British Columbia. This brewery was founded by old friends Dan Webster and Terry Brown in 2018, driven by a shared passion for beer and the community. Container Brewing focuses on classic beer styles with modern flavors, offering a variety of highly drinkable beers. Their lineup includes Hazy IPA influenced by New England beer scenes, as well as innovative variants of West Coast style. The brewery’s commitment to quality and innovation has earned their recognition, including being awarded the title of Best Brewery in British Columbia at the 2024 Growler Craft Beer&Cider Awards.

STILLHEAD
Stillhead was founded by Brennan Colebank and his family in the Cowkan Valley in 2017, inspired by Scottish tradition to produce bold 100% rye whiskey. Using can distillation, different wooden barrels, and unfiltered bottling, the ABV exceeds 46%, reflecting Brennan’s passion for quality and outdoor with each release. As proud supporters of local habitat restoration, we pay tribute to this river and every bottle of its iconic steel head.
BEVA
Beva Brewing&Blending is an award-winning brewery located in the Norgate community of North Vancouver. Beva aims to create beer that suits various flavors and specializes in producing clean classic beers as well as complex blended fermentation styles. Our goal is to provide craft beer with excellent balance. We believe that through balance, we can make any beer unique!

Fuggles Beer Co. is a craft brewery located in Richmond, dedicated to breaking the boundaries of flavor and creativity.
